    - Main gym and mezzanine.

    - Initial Health & Exercise Intake Questionnaire and review with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

    - Functional Movement Screening with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

    - Use of locker rooms, including showers (shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided), towels, bathmats, lockers, as well as toiletries.
